The food is incredibly tasty, especially for the price, and the service is friendly, with a pleasantly dry sense of humor. The restaurant definitely deserves more stars overall. However, it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. The restaurant is decorated cozy and with love. We tried the Rinder Rollade and the Steak. They came with tasty potato wedges and carrot. If you are looking for a good restaurant in the Mözel region, Römerkastel is definitely worth the visit!

Such a wonderfully quaint restaurant. We were there twice. Both times there wasn't much going on. We don't understand why. Great food, with good value for money.

Luckily we were able to grab a place to eat last night. It's very difficult to get a seat without a reservation. I had the duck pot with mashed potatoes and my girlfriend had a salad with an original tarte flambée. Both tasted very tasty. If we come close again we will eat here again.

Very cozy restaurant with a great ambience. Very friendly and funny service. My wife had rabbit for dinner and I ordered ox cheeks. Both dishes were very attractively presented and tasted very good. We can absolutely recommend this restaurant and it certainly won't be our last time there.

Amazing food, hard to find anything tastier in the area! Lamb tender and melts in your mouth! We visited a few restaurants throughout the week, but this one is the best! The prices for the sensational dishes are lower than some burgers in the area! Served by the owner himself

A restaurant where you go back in time. Not only in terms of the nice atmosphere on the Moselle and the dynamic waiter, but also because of the good quality of the food and the associated prices.All in all highly recommended! Another tip, the restaurant is only open from 5:30 PM.
